Christmas Boxes 2022 – Thank you from all the Lake Aid team

MORE THAN A HUNDRED contributors to our 2022 collection allowed us to distribute OVER 250 Christmas boxes and vouchers to the children in:

  • 3 emergency shelters in Annecy
  • Ukrainian families in Thones emergency shelter
  • Lathuile centre for Non Accompanied Minors
  • Mother-Child centre La Parent’elle in Cran-Gevrier
  • Many more families and minors we have been following through the years

We want to thank you all for your beautiful boxes and voucher donations!

As well as your partners, parents, children, friends and colleagues who contributed with you or helped drop them off with us – it was a pleasure to meet you all!

Thanks to Ecole Bilingue Internationale de Haute Savoie
for the use of their school for collection, storage and sorting, as well as to the families of their students who volunteered to donate boxes.

Special thanks to our volunteer elves who coordinated, held collection points and helped with logistics, sorting and delivery.

Thank you to our partner Maped again this year for their very generous donation of arts and crafts sets which helped us complete boxes and offer workshops with the children.
